Shell Centre Southbank Public Realm Scheme

Southbank Place – Shell Centre is a Joint venture development between Canary Wharf Group and Qatari Diar, a major development designed to re-vitalise the area around the landmark Shell Centre Tower with high quality architecture and much improved public spaces.

Situated by the banks of the River Thames between the London Eye and Royal Festival Hall, The Shell Centre Tower will be the centrepiece of the new site. The Tower will be complemented by seven new buildings, one of which will incorporate new offices and trading floors for Shell UK and be linked by bridge to the Tower.

SF-Stefan’s remit on this major development included the reduce dig, installation of ducting and drainage, concrete works, 278 works as well as all the paving scheme and hard landscaping.
